Brad deBoer, P. Eng., LEED® AP

President, Responsible Member, Electrical Engineer

Brad began his career working hands on in the building construction industry as an electrical apprentice. While he was undergoing his electrical engineering studies at the University of Alberta, Brad spent his time away from the classroom developing a better understanding of the technical requirements related to the electrical trade and coordinating disciplines. This experience has contributed to his heightened attention to detail of the design and construction processes as a project engineer.

Since then Brad has become a successful project leader in a variety of fields. He has lead complex projects to fruition in the residential, commercial, mixed-use, industrial, hospitality, infrastructure and health care fields. His understanding and proficiency enables him to effectively incorporate highly technical design solutions with overall building systems.

Brad is involved in all project phases from concept design, through detailed drawing production and eventually to project completion. His ability to maintain a direct connection with the project and project team members ensures that the design intent of each project is maintained effectively throughout the design and construction phases.

Brant Seward, C.E.T

Project Leader

Brant has a variety of experience in the building construction industry. As a journeyman electrician, he has spent time overseeing a multitude of projects in all construction fields. His experience communicating real world problems discovered on site in order to establish effective solutions with construction teams, design teams and building owners is highly advantageous for any project.

Miguel Hernandez, E.E.T

Engineering Technologist

Miguel is a graduate of the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology’s Electrical Engineering Technologist program. His hard working attitude and adaptability are evident as he continues to advance his skills within the design industry.
